Randomly started over fueling

Hello I have hondata s300 v2 in my b18c turbo converted ej9, was all fine until went to start it yesterday and it started up and would barely run afr was off the gauge rich and loads of black smoke. Turned car off and when the ignition is on the iacv is buzzing really loud, and when try to start it the engine light comes on and stays on when I jump the connector the engine light just stays on solid no flashes for fault codes or anything? Hope someone can help thanks lee
