Dead spots!!!!

how to i fix dead spots in my tune?? in first gear im getting a jolt when i get up to about 3500 rpm. what is that?? fuel cut?? i have an allmotor b18c with 12:5:1 compression on stock injectors. please help i will greatly appriciate it thanks
