is there a step by step manual on how to set up the traction control? Or at least some prnt screens of the recommended initial settings?

The default settings should work fairly well, otherwise here is the calibration we used for a 2006 S2000.

How do i upload the file you sent me though?

open the software inside the FlashPro manager window and the load the file from wherever you save it to on your hard drive.
