How to clear personnal info from flashpro when selling it

How to clear personnal info from flashpro when selling it? My unlock is done correctly and maps deleted but my name and phone number are still there...

What version FlashProManager are you using? When unlocking, check 'I am selling my FlashPro', and it will clear the owner information.

I use the lastest version that came out this week and I checked 'I am selling my FlashPro' It did not clear my personnal information, will the person who is buy it will have problem to lock his car?

ok i have removed my infos...

But in the Flashpro/ECU I can still see my ECU vin number, is that normal? will it changes when the new owner locks is car in?

Where exactly? Unlock it not connected to the vehicle, and then don't plug it back in to the car.

Odd - mine clears all the owner and ECU fields. Did it ask if you were selling the FlashPro? I'll check again next week with more FlashPros.

Well I only could edit the non editable fields of name-email-phone number. But no it did not asked me anything beside that, when I have unlocked the flashpro from my car, I did it connected to the car and I checked the Selling the vehicule box... So is it safe to sell? Don't want to create problems to the future owner

If it has been properly unlocked then it should be fine for use by the next user.
