I recently purchased a S300 from a friend. And although i want to trust him,i still am one to verify that it works. So i download the Smanger software and upload the stock b20 basemap just to see if works. So it uploaded and started right up. but then after 5 minutes the car started to rev up and down, the check engine light would blink and car wanted to cut off but No error codes popped up. so i thought maybe it was the map, so i uploaded the stock LS/GS map and the same thing happens. Im not planning on keeping it on the b20 at all. Im currently building a motor and bought it for that. but want to make sure its not messed up. I was running the 2.2.7 software. if that helps.
Thank you and would appreciate any insight,
Thomas

S300 basemap upload works then goes bad
Re: S300 basemap upload works then goes bad
without the calibration and a datalog using that calibration is it hard to say what it might be.

I really can't see anythign from that datalog since the car isn't even warm and it does not appear to even move.
You may want to try this one someone elses car that has been tuned with an s300 so that you can uplaod their calibraiton and see if it works.
