Noob k pro question

first k swap in a dc4 integra, when i finished i had stock ecu with immobilzer box but recently came across a good deal on Kpro, the previous owner was unaware of what kpro was he just was told by the person who sold him the car that it was in there, so i cant really get any info from him. when i downloaded kmanager i cant get into anything to upload changes or anything. i get all grey(non clickable) options. the car runs fine but i want to get it tuned but need to get into the ecu first.... please help!!!!!!!
