I'm fed up... I bought a new flash pro from a local dealer and took it home to set it up.. All is well till I get an error message saying that my flash pro is locked to another vin. ( brand new in plastic flashpro) ... Contacted dealer and they told me to contact hondata because there wasn't anything they can do.. Can I please send my Ecu to you guys and fix this issue please. I still have original sales receipt as well .. Anything I can do ? .. If this doesn't work I'm seriously considering going to another tuning program . Plz help me keep faith in your company .

Can you install the latest version of FlashProManager (currently V1.7.2) and send the support information to us?

That FlashPro is 3.5 years old and probably used. We'd like to know what dealer you purchased it from (you can email support@hondata.com if you wish).
