S300 won't upload

I'm having problems with the S300 failing to upload and keeps asking to update the firmware. It goes through the update fully then immediately wants to do it again. Car will not run and throws error codes 1-14 that instantly recodes. I swapped USB cords, does the same thing. Car has ran fine on it for a little less than a year. Vehicle will run briefly on a stock P28. Any help is greatly appreciated.

With the s300 plugged in and the key in the on position, in SManager go to the online mencu and click on erase ECU. Let that finish, then close the program, reopen it and try uploading a fresh calibration from the new calibration menu.
