Ignition Cut at 5 psi

Post by slicksct »

Hi, I've been having an issue with my turbo GSR for a few days now where I'm getting an ignition cut at 5lbs of boost. My boost cut cold and hot are both set to 24psi. However, this problem doesn't occur when the engine is completely cold. I've replaced the distributor and threw in new plugs, problem still persists. Might I add that the car just started doing this. Been running since October and it was fine for all that time.

I've attached my calibration file. Here is a link to the datalog file.

Thank you for your time, I hope someone can help me figure this out! If anymore information is needed, just let me know!

It is from lean protection.

So my car is going lean at 5psi? Why does it only occur when the engine is warmed up though? So I have a fuel issue somewhere is what you're saying or is it in the tuning? Thanks for the fast reply by the way!

Do you have a wideband connected?

Yes, when this problem occurs my wideband gauge reads 12.6 or so but the ECU might be reading higher, I didn't think to check.
