MUGEN HELP!!

hey im new to this forum but i need help i dont know if this is where you email hondata or what not but hopefully they see this so my wife just recently purchased a 2008 mugen si at a dealership i wasnt there to see the car when she purchased it when she brought the car home i noticed the engine has been modified i looked up on facebook asked around and found the previous owner who owned this car and he says the motor has stage one cams mani been ported 650cc aftermarket exhaust/headers and says that he tuned it before the headers and exhaust was putted in but then he putted exhaust and headers on after tune and didnt retune it instead traded the car in to the dealership for a new car and doing so he gave them the original flashpro that he tuned with the car and now the dealer i doubt has it anymore cause it's not anywhere in the car and im looking to do RETUNE and was wondering is there anyway to resolve this issue PLEASE HELP I hate to see 15 grand down the drain!!!
