CPR kit no sync light

hi I have a 2000 Honda cl1 euro r it has the 8pin distributor and I'm running a p28 odb2b that's connected directly without using a jumper harness, I have double checked all the wires to the ecu everything has been done to hondata spec requirement but I still can't get a sync I have check the manager and made sure that the feature is turned on , my question to you is what color wire is the ICM wire in the distributor , and how should I disconnect it? is the ?ALTC wire to the ECU in the (c2) connect as on the diagram and is the b13 the sync wire as on the diagram for the car?

You should not have to worry about the ICM at the distributor as you are disconnecting it at the ECU and connecting the CPR there.
