Reflash ecu question

I had recently purchased a used 05-06 reflashed ecu and have not yet taken my vehicle to acura to sync this new ecu to my immobilizer and keys. i want to upgrade it to the race header reflash. My question is, am I able to send in this new ecu for upgrade along with my immobilizer and keys to hondata and you guys can sync them all? Or do i need to go to the acura dealership first, sync this ecu to my car, and then send the ecu in to hondata for the race header reflash upgrade?

We do not match the keys and imobilizer to the ECU. This must be done by an Acura dealer first.
