windows 8.1 problems

I have installed both flashmanager and kmanager. Neither work. I try to open them and I get a fail message. Ive tried opening them in compatibility mode and run as admin, inhave not found anything that works. Any suggestions would be nice.

It probably is your anti-virus deleting the application file when you try to run it. We recommend microsoft security essentials.
