Hi guys , I have a customer who lost is car in a fire and he asked me if we can return his flashpro to stock so he can sell it . I know that I can do that with Diablosport product so I was wondering if it's possible with Hondata ?

What is the serial number that is on the FlashPro? Do you have the ECU that the FlashPro is locked to?

FP-R18-US-50283 , I dont have the ECU , it burned with the car but I still have the invoice when I bought it .

I'm sorry, but without the ECU we cannot unlock it. He should contact the insurance company and add the FlashPro to the insurance claim as it was part of the vehicle. The insurance company can contact us if need be.
