How can I convert the Wideband into a readable format

So I have my Wideband setup and wired into D10, I made sure my conversion is on too.
What im trying to do is set something up in the "display" so I can see if im lean or rich. All its letting me do is show the volts. (I made a "value" for ELD and lambda voltage. And they both display the same voltage)

I have volt input in parameters, closed loop advanced set to what the gage calls for. Thanks!

You need to use the AF sensor reading. If you load one of the built in display files you will see how it looks.
