It seems like I do have the map relocator installed (called my mechanic)

Can you take a picture of your MAP sensor installed and post it here. This way we can verify it is properly reading boost.

Here you go. Nothing is connected to it. Unlike the first picture I found in the site. Second (larger) pic is mine.

First of all your map sensor is not even plugged in. That is a problem. Also you do not have a map sensor relocator installed so that it can read boost from the supercharger.

Please see http://www.hondata.com/tech_jrscinstall.html for more details.

Thanks for your help. Appreciate it.

It may start, but will not be driveable without the map sensor connected and the relocator installed, especially with larger than stock injectors.

it turns out my car is using 3 bar for map sensor. Car starts now. However, the car is running too lean at idle and at low speed. I didn't really drive it for too long as I was afraid I might damage the motor. How do I make it richer?

You need to add fuel to the areas of the map it is running lean. If you are unsure of how to do this, I highly recommend that you take this to a tuner to tune properly or you may damage your engine.
