02 RSX-S reflash with mods

I tried looking for a specific answer, but couldn't quite find it. I am wanting to get the reflash for my 02 rsx-s, and I have a few modifications. I have a AEM cold air intake, a Comptech shorty header, and the Mugen Twin Loop catback exhaust, and I am still running the stock cat. Can I run the reflash with this set-up safely, or would K-pro be required?

It should be safe. You may be able to get more gains with custom tuning with the K-Pro.

I am not interested in a lot of extra power that k-pro would give me, as the car is mostly just driven at auto-x. I would love to have the vtec lowered and with the smoother power delivery for auto-x. I just wanted to make sure that the reflash was designed with multiple mods in mind, and not just the cai.
