07 civic si ct-e stage II reflash

I currently installed a comptech supercharger with a stage 2 pulley and 520cc injectors. When I installed the reflashed computer car started up an idled fine for 5 minuets. But when I stepped on the throttle car died out. Started it up again and it hesitated to start, I also noticed my exhaust dumping a lot of unburnt fuel. I pulled P0123, P0223, and P2101 codes. I checked all wires and connectors and soon after replaced the throttle body. Problem still occurs. On the scanner key on engine off tps reads normal. Key on engine on tps reads totally off (quarter throttle 9%) and car hesitates to accelerate with and without load. So I'm just thinking that the reflash is the problem??

What is the serial number on your ECU?

The sn# on the reflash is 10241. I have to double check the ecm# when I get home.
