B16b Jr supercharged E85 Help!

400cc injectors 300 fuel pump....onE85.. 4 bar hondata map Need help never tuned a car before...and chuck seitsinger couldn't finish tuning it or gave up after 9 weeks of having it....he says it has a base map.. It runs good as long as you stay below Vtec or if you even attempt to punch it kinda loads up it seems. Cuts up a lot.. Haven't plugged the PC into it or even played with the s300 yet.. Kinda scared..
