Was this ECU Reflashed?

I have a PNF with 2 serial numbers...

Part # 37820-PNF-A11

the number on the case is 092454-3717 (has a hondata sticker

the number on the circuit board is 092454-3711

can you check if either one of these numbers has been reflashed, i bought a ep with jrsc and a "reflash" that i want to upgrade to kpro, let me know cus i have a feeling someone switched boards

We have no record of that ECU being reflashed.
