hey
it seems your engine is running way too rich on start up if your wideband is reading correct.
If i was you i would check your alternator and cables also , there is something pretty wrong with it.
when you look at the voltage its hunting real bad for the first couple seconds, which also affects the injectors because of the
different dead times @ different voltages.

i would take it to your current tuner and he should sort that out,
in my opinion this has to be included in a "tune"

timing wise the tune isnt also that good.
and it could use a lot finer scaling , for more drivability and response, especially the fuel overrun area isnt touched also.

we are tuning plenty of honda race and street engines around the globe.
