Can I run the AEM 4-Channel Wideband Air/Fuel UEGO Controller with the K pro?

Only if you have a K-Pro 3 and use the analog inputs.

Assuming you have the KPro-III, yes, use the 'AEM 30-2340' conversion (0V = 0.5 lambda, 5V = 1.3 lambda).
