Kpro stays offline, no signal.

Kpro stays offline

-Used a different usb cable
-Re-installed kmanager
-Re-installed usb driver
-Tried with a different laptop.

Nothing, I plug in the usb to upload a map and I get NO signal. Offline.
The green light does turn on the kpro but thats about it. I did streettune not
to long ago and had xzero problems, I have owned the kpro for 1 year already
first time this happens.

UPDATE**

I called my brother down who has almost exact setup, plugged in kpro and
works perfectly fine, Using same USB and laptop I was using before so Iam guessing my kpro is bad? both cars are RSX-S. I searched and noticed my problem has occured before to others but found no solution?

nothing "unkown usb drive".

Fml

EDIT**

I came to the conclusion the problem lies somewere on the daughter board (kpro), I pulled out the kpro from my ecu and swapped it out with the daughter board from the working ecu I used for reference. I reconnected my ecu to the kmanager and it worked ecu went online, I was able to datalog upload calibration like normal. I did visually inspect the board and I didnt see any scorth marks and nothing smelled funny. Contacted Hondata already, lets see what happens.

You will need to call and obtain an RMA number.

im having the same problem but i am still troubleshooting but still nothing.
presently i have reached the point where im getting unknown device in my device properties and when i manually update the drivers, im getting an error - device could not start (code 10) but the drivers are installed.

ARGGHHHHHH!! i am really fustrated because i probably used mines about 3 times (uploading) since i purchased it in August 2009! I dont want to believe that its spoilt. I have no authorised dealers in my country. I purchased this over the internet!
