p2649 code help urgent! fn2

hi,
i have a fn2 and its keep on giving me code,i have tried to undo the vtec pressure but still code is coming i have changed the sensor still its coming !
the car is on safe mod and its not going more than 3500 rpm,
i have tried everything to make it normal even though i have return back to stock and its still coming!
help required what to do with the vtec p2649 CODE!
help required!
