Just purchased Kpro having problems

Hi there, i have just recieved my kpro back from being fitted at CPL in the uk, i have a uk spec 03 plate type R, i followed all instructions and updated my kmanager software to the beta, when i connect to my ecu it always says "ignition off" but driver etc works, it has a base map which cpl has put on which i'm guessing is to test it, so currently i have a 4000rpm limiter, i really need this to connect any help would be much appreciated. I have also tried using the software before the beta

You will need to contact CPL for assistance with this, as this should have been tested and working when they sent it to you.
