Start with the posting guidelines. Specifically: what vehicle do you have and what is the software version?

Thank you guys I finally figure it out that's I was using the wrong firmware down loads new firmware up and ready to go

Can you be more specific on what firmware was actually wrong? As I am facing exactly the same issue but on the latest 4.1.0 fp manager
