S300 problems, I need help.

So yesterday me and a friend were driving my car with the laptop hooked up to look at the datalogging stuff. I was going to change something on my launch control so i downloaded my tune from the ecu and was looking through my parameters and everything just changed to what looks like a stock set up. Everything is gone back to stock, and now the red light is flashing and the green light is solid, on the ecu. So now my car wont start, it starts for a second then turns off. When i go on the smanager new recordings keep popping up under the datalogging even though i'm pretty sure i turned it off.

I was gunna try uploading the turbo gsr tune hat is on the smanager under new calabrations just to get my car to run again, but it also wont upload anything. Anytime i hit upload it starts to and says upload failed.

Also its a 01 turbo gsr with obd1 p28(everything has worked fine for months)

smanager version 2.2.7.0
I believe everything is up to date.

turn off on-board datalogging in your calibration, and reupload it to the ECU.

I believe onboard data logging is off already. the box that says to enable it isnt checked.
