Hondata Flashpro P0134 error code

Hi all,

I own a European 2006 S2000 donor engine on my race car with Hondata Flashpro. I am having an error code P0134 which is sending the car in limp mode (with P2101).The secondary oxygen sensor was removed and disabled by the Hondata, but as far as I am learning the P0134 comes on with an ECU check and affects the primary oxygen sensor too, which in my case is fitted.
I went through the Hondata forums and there were suggestions to enable " disable P0134",but I could not find this option on my Flashpro.
Any suggestions please?

Do you have a primary sensor? Is it disabled in the calibration?

Hi yes i have a primary sensor and the 2nd sensor is disabled but for a reason it seems like the ecu is still doing the tests for both sensors.

This is a race car, is there a way how i can disable all the internal tests? Thanks

P0134 relates to the primary sensor. Is it disabled in the calibration?

No, the primary sensor is still enabled as i am using it for closed loop. If i disable it will i still have this function? Thanks

Sorry, I missed that you still had the primary o2. P0134 is an error relating to the primary o2 sensor heater. Either the sensor is bad or there is a break in the wiring.

Many thanks for your reply, i really appreciate. My primary o2 sensor is brand new, less than 100 miles old cause my old one was sending a heater fault. The strange thing is that the error is showing as " o2 sensor circuit no activity bank1 sensor 1 ". Then when you reset the ecu the problem goes away for a while and the sensor works fine.

Honda lists P0134 as 'Air/Fuel Ratio (A/F) Sensor (Sensor 1) Heater System Malfunction'. FlashPro has the generic OBDII message of 'O2 Sensor Circuit No Activity Detected (Bank 1 Sensor 1)'.

Thanks for the info. So you suggest that the fault is from the primary O2 sensor, either the wiring or the sensor itself correct?

Yes. It usually is the heater if it is the o2 itself, or the wiring otherwise.

Thanks for the information. Although my primary sensor is new, do you suggest a part number that is good for my application as an original one from a local dealer is ridiculosly expensive. I have a 2006 european s2000 engine. Thanks

Sorry, there's no substitute o2 sensor that I know of for the s2000.

Just to be sure that my sensor is compatible with my engine ,this is the part No. Denso 234-9065.It has four wires: blue,white and two black. Can you kindly confirm? tks

There's no definitive cross reference from Denso to the Honda part number that I know of.
