k20 ignition and rev lock

So I recently changed my head gasket and now the car is runing fine untill I go into boost in second gear and up. I go into 2nd gear and the ignition locks at 20deg and the rpm holds back it doesn't pass 8k so it doesn't redline I'm thinking maybe I set the cams diffrent then last time that I got tuned.
The temp has bin low around 160 and 165 so I don't know if that has something to do with it will upload datalog and map

The datalogs show that it is reaching 22degrees of ignition advance which is exactly what the tables are commanding.

Any luck figuring out what was wrong? Almost seems like my problem with my kpro in my s2000. Swapped engines and now won't rev past 8,000 rpm. And the admins on here gave me no help at all. Thinking of scrapping my oh mighty kpro for aem.

car was tuned for a different timing i guess when i put it in timing after i did the head gasket it wasnt exactly the same as the first time i had the exhaust cam retarded to much im fixing it today ill keep you posted on what happens
