d1,d2,d4 led on s300 v2

why is it when i install the ecu on a b20 engine only on d4 led appears..and theres a blinking red light when i switch on the acc?CEL also appears.is there a problem with the engine or the ecu?and if the engine gets problem can i check through the laptop?

It sounds like you may have a wiring fault if this is only happending in one vehcile with a certain engine or wiring harness.

but during break in it was ok..i cant even start up the engine now with other ecu

Try the ECU in a known working vehicle, if it works you know you have a fault in this vehicle and will need to correct that fault.
