Unable to login to Smanager Vault

Hi
I've been trying to login to Smanager Vault using my Hondata forum user name and password but it says "Username or Password incorrect" I know they are both correct as i've just used them to log into this forum...
I tried to re-register via the Smanager but that didn't work and says username and email address already in uses, I've even tried to reset my password and that also didn't work.

If someone could help it would be great.

It uses the same username & password as this forum, so as long as you can log in here it should work.

Does Vault Search work? If not, then it is a connection issue.

When you say a connection issue do you mean to an internet connection or to the hondata ecu??

an internet connection issue. Remember that the username and password are case sensitive.

I tried to search in the vault and I was able to do that and load configurations from there. I have check over and over making sure I was typing it in properly and it still doesn't work.
Any other ideas

Change your password so that it only contains letters and numbers. It could be that a special character in the password is causing the problem.

It does contain both letters and numbers, I've also tried the lost password option to get a password sent to my email and tried that without any joy :-(

temporarily change your password to somethign very simple that has no upper case characters and contains no numbers and seeif that works.

I've just tried that and still no joy.
I also tried a different internet service provider and still no luck.

Only thing I haven't done is to try to log in with the laptop connected to the S300 but I can't see how that would make a difference.

please email support <at> hondata.com with a link to this thread and you username and password exectly as you are typing it in the software.

Your username starts with D not d as you have sent in the email.

Sorted now. Thanks for your help guys.
What threw me was that when signing into the forum I was using all lower case letters on my username.
