KPRO cannot upload any Kal Files

Hi,
I'm trying to upload a new KAL files to my Kpro but it always give me a error on uploading. Download is working and datalog.
I've tried to erase ecu and upload it again still no luck. KManager version 3.25 with the latest USB Drivers. Serial number 10025. I've also tried different Laptop windows XP,Windows 7 32 and 64 bit. still no luck.

What is the serial number on the ECU case? What vehicle is this being used on?

- S2000 AP1
- K-Pro # 10025
- ECU part # 37820-PRB-305 and serial# 2054-101241
- KManager version 3.2.5
- Can Download current kal
- Dataloging is working
- Can erase the ECU
- Upload is not working always give error.

Have you tried this K-Pro in a different ECU, or tried a different K-Pro in this ECU?
