flashpro problem

Ok,I just went to download a datalog and it downloaded fine from the flashpro but when I hit the online button the software crashes. I tried downloading the datalog several times, same problem so I threw out the datalog made a new one and still have the same problem. what do I do? the software version was 1.4.5 now is 1.5.6.0 the message reads hondata ecu program has stopped working.

What function and what was the message?

If you still get the error then you will need to use the latest version (currently 1.6.3).

Ok i dowlad the file from my flashpro no problem, next go to the online button click dowload, software crashes. ( application has encountered a problem) error message.
I'm using system 7 service pack 1 64bit used this last summer nothing has changed on the computer worked just fine till now. Any help or ideas would be grateful! :)

Start by downloading the most recent beta version of software from the downloads section of the website then reupload your calibration to the ECU using that version and see if that resolves the problem you are experienceing.

Ok, I can only download 1.5.6 so I did. Install went fine updated firmware no problem, downloaded datalog ok, went to the online button to download and I got: access violation at address 00669090 in module flashpromanager.exe read of address 0033002e.
This is a new message i haven't seen till now.

Ok The software shuts down after all that. Now i reopened it downloaded the datalog from the flashpro went to the online hit download and this was the message i got before: handata flashpro ecu editor has stopped working. close program

Ok now I see 1.6.3 loaded/ downloaded datalog went to online button hit download this is the message i get ( abnormal program termination)

Have you uploaded your calibration to the ECU since you upgraded to the new version of software?

Well now that you mentioned it not with the 1.6.3 version will do when i get home.

Ok all i get is abnornal program termination. I've downloaded the latest version 1.6.3 and still can't update my flashpro.
