Missing pin on my flashpro

Hi there,
After removing the flashpro from my obd's car plug a pin detached from flashpro socket and stay attached on car's obd.
is the missing pin needed for flashing my car? or is one of those that is not in use.

What is the FlashPro serial number?

That pin is necessary. I see that this was purchased from CPL Racing in the UK. You should contact them and see if they can get a replacment cable for you that they can then install. This will be cheaper and easier for you than sending it back here to be replaced.

please reply me to my email address in order to forward you the discussion ( i don't want to post it here). please...
also if you can send me cable with plug I can make the change at my own or shall I change only the plug?
