Dc5 Engine surge

Hi Hondata,
I have tuned a customer car, Honda Integra DC5 with stock K20A engine and PRC ECU and KPRO.
The car run very fine but at cold start up, if i start to drive them immedia, I begin to drive immediately when i change the gear, the engine surge at 3000 rpm and stay it at 3000 rpm until i press again the throttle.
