USB problem

Post by joshhalley »

I am having a problem getting the USB connection between kpro and kmanager. I've updated the USB drivers and changed computers and still no luck. I looked in device manager to manually upload the drivers but kpro is not listed, it just says "USB serial converter" in its place. The only luck I've had was installing an old version of kmanager and it made a connection but I couldn't upload the map. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks, Josh

What is the serial number on the K-Pro board inside the ECU?

Ok. Thanks. I was just wondering if there was something I could do without sending it in? I think whoever is sending the email is preparing a work order. If there is nothing I can do I'll be glad to send it in. Thank you for you time, Josh

Amazing service! I sent my ecu in on Tuesday and got it back on Thursday. It was only gone for two days. And I live on Illinois. Great job guys.
