i have seen a few threads of people having problems with partial throttle "stuttering/jerking" of the engine, but he responses varied so i thought i would ask with my map and get some outside opinions.
the problem i am having is this: when feathering the throttle in between shifts the engine throttle will stutter as if it is not getting gas. This affect is lessened at higher gears. i have taken the ecu back to the person that tuned it for him to look at but he could not find the what the problem was. strange this is when i plug in the p30 that came with the motor the issue goes away only to come back with the chipped p28. well any help would be appreciated, im not really interested in paying the money to have my tuner write a new tune from a usdm p30 map instead of the jdm p30 map he used.

Re: p28 b16a throttle issue
You should try changing your overrun cuttoff settings in the TPS section. Look at your datalog and determine when it is cutting that you don't want it to and adjsut the settings so that it stays on instead.
Re: p28 b16a throttle issue
The issue occurs any time I let off the throttle in between shifts and attempt to reengage. The rpm level only affects the severity.
