2013 SI Stock tune

I had my car tuned on the dyno an made 205whp bone stock no after market parts but i cant seem to figure out whats going on havent had a chance to get back to the tuner but im running slower in the 1/4 then a stock 13 si by one second seems like 1-3 it just doesnt gain speed fast enough but 4-6th it seems to pick up way better an pulls harder any ideas
