CAN ANYONE TELL ME WHAT EACH LINE STANDS FOR IN THE FUEL MAP GRAPHSAND IGNITION GRAPHS?

They are the verticle columns from the tables.

Essentially the 2D graphs are just a 'flattened' 3D graph...the lines represent some unit spacing in the 3rd dimension.
