intake swap

i recently did a engine swap in my 02 rsx base(k20a3) to a 02 ep3 civic sir k20a3 with a prb intake maifold and im getting a check engine light and in kmanager im seeing 2 codes for the sensor i could not plug into the prb intake how can i disable these sensors?, and also after the swap im getting a idle problem the car self revs to 2400 rpm and down to 800 rpm, what should i program my kpro ecu to?(k20base rsx, or civic type r, etc....)

1. Under 'VTEC' disable the secondary intake runners.

2. The engine is now identical to the K20A3 from the Civic Si.

3. The engine revving to 2400 rpm is from a vacuum leak.

when i program my kpro to the base 02 rsx ecu it will not allow me to disable the secondary runners

and how can i disable sensors with kpro?? i get a list of the sensors setting off the check engine light but wont allow me to disable them

You must have a PND based calibration loaded to do this.
