Lean Spike After Shifting (Datalog Inside) EDIT: SOLVED

Post by EP303 »

EDIT: Turns out the fuel injectors were going out which was causing this to happen.

I've been having this problem for the past month or so now. 95% of the time I shift from 2nd to 3rd (half throttle to WOT...doesn't matter) my A/F spikes and hits lean cut. (See 0:05 and 0:53 of the datalog) If it doesn't cut out it goes to 17.0:1 or so before it finally drops back down. If I granny shift it and accelerate slowly nothing happens...it all looks normal. It only happens at half throttle and up to WOT.

Is there anything I can check that might fix this problem? I've been working with Magnesium Tuning and we can't seem to solve this problem. Someone suggested to check my fuel tip in and I have a brand new denso 02 sensor btw...

Let me know your thoughts.

Thanks
