Unlock Hondata FlashPro - Error Authorizing VIN unlock - Ple

Good afternoon friends,

first like to apologize for English because I'm from Brazil and do not speak English perfectly and used google to help me.

3 months ago I acquired a Hondata FlashPro for my k20 itself, as it was the first owner of the unit went in and did the whole procedure to lock in my vin code that was already in my central.

Now, I sold the vehicle and Hondata for a friend who also has k20, but not accepting this make unlocks. already tried 2 different computers, 2 different internet networks, and can not, reports the following message:

Unlock Authorizing VIN Error - Please contact support@hondata.com

I would greatly appreciate your help, since I'll be waiting just solution of this problem to deliver the car to its next owner and Hondata.
