Fields in Fuel Map

I have a question that I'm sure has a simple answer. I've noticed on the fuel map matrix of " vs RPM that the pressures range from -29.6 to .1 measured in what I'm assuming to be inches of Hg. While this looks appropriate for a normally aspriated engine, I'm stumped to find a calibration where the manifold pressure ranges to 10psi which is 20.36 in Hg. How is this handled?
