Fuel table not changing
I have a 2004 TSX that I am having a problem with. I turboed it and put the hondata 4 bar map on it. I had the dealer put an ECU out of a 2007 and program it (obviously after I installed the harness, It had the wrong pins in it for the OBDII port on it. I changed them and it is communication fine.) I am running bosch 1000s. I have set cam angle to 0 and am just getting started on tuning the fuel table. When I change the values in the cam low table it does not change the air/fuel ratio at all. Injector duty stays the same. I have tried making the changes live and also programming them with no success. I can change the WOT lambda adjustment and it will seem to respond to the changes. I might be able to correct the fueling by changing those values but it seems like I am tuning around a problem when I do that. It really concerns me because some of the values may be above 12.5 so it will not go into open loop. I am using MAP to determine WOT and looking in the logs it seems like it is determining that correctly. (short term trims go to 0.) I have attached a couple of log files and calibrations. The calibrations are the same except for the low cam fuel table. I am tuning this on the dyno and am logging wideband there. I have had the same problem with 2 different versions of the software. 1.5.6.0 and 1.6.0.0 The serial number of my flashpro is FP-TSX-US-90244 This is the first flashpro car I have tuned but I asked some friends that have used flashpro on TSXs before and they didn't have any ideas either. Calibration bill tune 3 goes with datalog 1 and calibration bill tune 4 goes with datalog 2

You are not making any changes at the Fuel Tables?

Re: Fuel table not changing
the only change is to the low cam fuel table with 0 cam angle. There is a significant change there and you can see in the logs that the AFR is not changing at all. Car does not seem to respond to the commanded changes.

Not significant at all since you are using 1000cc injectors. From what I have seen, you added 20% of fuel...with stock injectors, 20% of fuel would make a BIG difference.
The "basic rule" is that, with stock injectors, every 10% of fuel will change the AFR in 1 AFR (ie from 13 to 12); for 1000cc injectors, it´s something around 32%. So, just add more fuel and you will see AFR changing.

Re: Fuel table not changing
So I more than doubled the fuel value in the low cam and am still not getting any change. I have attached the cal and log from that. For S&G I tried changing the whole table to a value of 1 and still didn't get a change. If I am doing your math correctly I should pick up about 3 points of AFR by doubling the fuel value. I would really appreciate any other suggestions you may have.

Re: Fuel table not changing
At the begining of the pull we can see the AF going to 12.1 to 12.4 and then going back to 14 at 2800rpms...and the ECU only goes to open loop after 2700rpms.
Have you already try to load a new calibration? Or put back the cam angle tables to see if something changes? The only difference between the basemap and your calibration are the cam angle tables (and the fuel changes you´ve made, but thats normal). Try loading up a new calibration without changing the cam angle tables and see if your AF change when you change the fuel table.
