2012 Civic Si CT SC Base Map P0128, Cat/02 Monitors Incmplt

Problem description: Since installing CT Supercharger beginning of July and flashing to the supplied basemap calibration, ecu constantly gets a P0128 about once a week. I can keep it from causing the DTC P0128 if I start the vehicle, then shut it off after a few seconds and restarting. If you read the description of the DTC, you can see why. Basically, shutting the vehicle off will not meet the enable conditions for the monitor to run.

Also, the Cat and 02 sensor monitors never complete. The cat monitor is for DTC P0420, and the 02 monitor is for DTC P0133. I have performed all the enable conditions to complete the Cat and 02 monitors but they will still not complete. Before the CT SC flash and install, they would complete within 10 minutes of start up with the stock Honda ECU program.

I can email you the P0128, P0133, and P0420 PDF file descriptions. They are from the Honda Service Manuals.

I have contacted CT via my selling CT dealer, Inspire USA. So they may have contacted you on this already. But I have not heard from them.

Since this is supposed to be a CARB legal (pending) kit, will there be a CARB calibration coming out that will address these issues? Or is this the final calibration?

Upgrade to the latest FlashPro version and you will find that you can disable P0128.

If you have any error codes (including pending) then the readiness codes will not set.

Updated to 1.6.0.0. Uploaded calibration to vehicle ECU. Opened the calibration file. That doesn't seem to be an option with this calibration. Is it locked?

Ok, this is a vendor locked calibration.

Where did you get the calibration?

CT is aware of this and will have to supply you with a new calibration once it is updated to remove this error.

I received the unlocked calibration from CT back in Dec '13. I was able to uncheck DTC P0128 in the calibration with 1.6.3. I updated today to 1.8.3 and the check/uncheck DTC options don't show up in the calibration.
