Hi,
I just have wired the digital between LC-1 (firmware v1.20) and S300 v2. All OK, except that the units are not right:
- on the laptop (Windows 7) used to update calibration and datalog: the AFR from digital input is twice as low as analog input from B6. The output from LC-1 is OK, because Logworks in a PC shows AFR properly.
- after opening the same calibration and datalog on a Windows 8 desktop PC - the units for digital input is volts here (why volts? from digital input? why not possible to change?). and no way to change. Value seems to be ~0.5 and follows AFR changes seen on B6 input. It's just wrong unit and no way to change.
- SManager 2.2.7
- ECU is P28-A01

Re: S300 v2 digital input + LC-1
Do you have the terminator plugged into the serial in of the LC-1?
Re: S300 v2 digital input + LC-1
sure. The terminator is in. LC-1 to S300 connection is just the data wire, i.e. no ground. Both S300 and LC1 are grounded at the same point.
Re: S300 v2 digital input + LC-1
Hi,
any further thoughts?
I'm running out of ideas here. It's a single data wire - not much space for errors.
Besides, any grounding or interference problems would results in more erratic output, right?
LogWorks is working fine. Also, it seems I'm not the only one with this problem: http://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?f=19&t=13891
