I'm new too, so I can't offer much advice about your setup.. but I've done a fair amount of research, and you should only need ONE setup - you can have economy fuel efficiency by setting everything up properly for your low speed cam angle - keeping the air/fuel ratio at around 14.7:1 - but then when you have it WOT(wide open throttle- gas petal almost fully down) have a different performance for both low and high cam angles, with around a 13-13.5 a/f ratio.
WOT is the last 3 columns(8,9,10) in your table.
Don't drive it like it is stolen, set it up right, and unless you open throttle up to 80-100%, your fuel economy can be great. Look at some resources, a few good ones I like http://pencomputing.com/rsx/adjusting_fuel.html and http://forums.clubrsx.com/showthread.php?t=621894

Unless I am just wrong, you are running an a/f ratio that you should be using for economy driving.. in other words, too lean for the power you're trying to create.
But then again, I'm new too, so I very well could be wrong.
