Adjusting idle - selection is greyed out

I just purchased a 98 Prelude with a S300. The idle is a too high (1020 rpm) so it just barely did not pass the emissions test. When I log into the Hondata program I see an idle selection, but it is greyed out and says 0. Am I able to adjust the idle with the program?

You have to load the calibration into the software to be able to make changes, then upload to the ECU when done.
