Need an Opinion on this tune! Please!

Had This tune done by a tuner close by. He did a dyno tune and a street tune. My car runs hot under load. 70mph up hill is a killer 220-230 degrees coolant temp. Running a 94 integra stock jdm b20 gt3076r turbo @ 11 psi id1000 injectors. I am mainly concerned with my los speed timing table byt check it out and let me know what you think! Thanks in advance!

How is your cooling system set up?

I have a mishimoto half radiator, 12" Spal fan 1350cfm, oem thermostat. I also added an air dam to make sure the road air must travel through the radiator and a vented hood.

IT is probably because you have a half radiator. A full sized radiator will cool much better.

full radiator won't fit...... the turbo is in the way.. the coolant temp is fine around town at 40-50 mph it climbs when I get on the highway on an uphill climb. At that speed you would think road air should be doing its job. I'm an auto tech of 20 years and this is my first turbo venture. running hot at highway speeds and fine around town goes against everything I know about engine cooling. I've seen cars get hot in traffic and cool when on the open road but never the opposite till now. its got me stumped. thought it might be timing but I'm seeing tunes with much more timing then I am running. Looks like my tune is quite conservative compared to others? Did you happen to look at it? If so what do you think? Thanks for the help I really do appreciate it!
