What is the serial number on the s300 board inside the ECU? From Help, About, what version of software are you using?

Close Smanager, then reopen it, then go to new Calibration and select any one of the calibrations listed there. Upload the calibration and when it is done turn the key off then back on, does it work and will it datalog with the key in just the on position?

Just for testing can you swap your s300 into someone elses ECU that has an s300 and see if it does the same thing in a different ECU?
